Before you travel

Send the operating airline, flight number, arrival date and destination address. Note the terminal if you know it, and give a phone number the travelling passenger can use after landing. Include the number and size of bags, child-seat needs and mobility requirements.

The airport asks passengers with non-folding mobility aids to confirm vehicle suitability directly with their chosen provider. Describe dimensions and transfer needs before accepting a quotation; a vehicle class name alone does not establish accessibility.

Check the agreed meeting point

Pearson’s dedicated pre-arranged taxi and limousine page currently directs passengers to Door A at both Terminal 1 and Terminal 3, then to notify the dispatcher that they are waiting. These are the airport’s published instructions, not a promise of a PRT indoor greeting.

Read your PRT confirmation for the agreed meeting location and contact instructions. If a meet-and-greet has been arranged, follow its specific directions. Do not leave for a different pickup point without checking with the desk. Airport access instructions can change; consult the linked official page before travel.

Allow for the arrival process

Landing time is not the time you will be ready beside the car. Immigration, baggage collection, walking and assistance can affect readiness. Share changes and delays using the contact details in your confirmation.

Check how any included waiting allowance is measured, what happens when it runs out and how additional waiting is charged. PRT confirms those terms for the journey; this guide does not promise a universal free allowance.

If the terminal changes

Tell the desk if your flight or terminal changes. Pearson’s free Terminal Link connects Terminals 1 and 3 and Viscount Station, but you should not change terminals solely to find the car without confirming the plan.

Before leaving the airport, check the destination entrance, passenger count and any extra stops against the accepted itinerary.
