How a request becomes a car.

These terms cover the use of the Premier Regal Transport website and the requests you send through it. The booking itself is the confirmation we send you — not the form.

An enquiry is not a reservation

Submitting Request transport or a desk message is an enquiry. We will confirm the vehicle, the chauffeur, the time, and the fare in writing. Until that confirmation, nothing is reserved.

Quotes

Fares are quoted for the brief you gave us. Changes to time, address, passengers, or vehicle can change the number. Review the included items, possible extras, payment requirements and cancellation conditions in your quotation before accepting.

Changes and cancellation

Contact the desk promptly with your reference. Before booking, you can amend your enquiry. After confirmation, the cancellation and change conditions are those in your accepted quotation. A revised itinerary may require a revised quote.

Photographs and model names illustrate vehicle classes. Exact vehicle, luggage fit, accessibility and any substitution arrangements are confirmed for the journey.

Your brief

Provide accurate flight, passenger and itinerary details, including any requested seats, assistance or extra waiting. Confirm special arrangements in writing and notify the desk promptly when details change.
