Destination notes
The terminal letter matters at Charles de Gaulle.
Provide the complete CDG terminal designation, flight number and a reachable passenger contact so the meeting plan can be coordinated locally.
The free CDGVAL connects Terminal 1, Terminal 3–Roissypole and Terminal 2, with parking stops between. Terminal 2G uses the N2 shuttle from Terminal 2F rather than a direct CDGVAL stop.
These connections explain why a full terminal designation matters. Do not transfer terminals to find the car unless instructed in your confirmed meeting arrangement.
For central Paris, include the hotel or venue entrance and any large luggage. If your flight uses Orly or a private terminal at Le Bourget, specify that airport and its terminal or FBO instead.
