London airport journeys need the airport, terminal and local arrival date, as well as a precise hotel or meeting address.
Heathrow’s Terminal Parking serves pickups at Terminals 2, 3 and 5. Departure forecourts are not pickup areas.
Terminal 4’s multi-storey car park closed on 23 June 2026. Heathrow currently lists Priority Pick-Up outside arrivals and Park & Ride Zone A for someone entering the terminal. Check the linked current instructions and your confirmed meeting plan.
Tell the desk if the passenger needs an indoor meeting, assistance or time to collect luggage. Waiting, parking, access and the quoted route must be agreed for the journey.
