Ottawa Airport lists licensed passenger loading on Level 1, Arrivals, and prohibits it on Level 3. Its current pre-arranged service guidance identifies pillars 12–13 on the curb closest to the terminal unless otherwise indicated.
Check the final meeting location in your confirmation. The pre-arranged service area differs from the ride-share pickup area.
